General
Our manufacturers are responsible for production and shipping of your items, of which they handle as professionally as possible. If there is something wrong with your order, or you have questions or requests, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will do our very best to resolve the issue with you.
Because we use multiple manufacturers and utilize several production centers you may receive your order in multiple packages, as they can be sent from different locations. All scarves hand vegan-leather bags are sent from Montreal (Quebec, Canada) or Champlain (New York, USA).
Clothing and accessories are sent from different locations in North America and Europe, where the location closest to you will be used in order to have the shortest distance possible. This is more environmentally friendly and will also avoid higher cost for you. However, it is not certain that all items will be at all locations at all times, which means a manufacturer further away could still be used for producing and shipping your order.
Scarves
Production time estimate for scarves are approximately 7 days, with an additional 3 days for every 6th item. Production estimates are in business days which excludes weekends and holidays. All orders are held for 12 hours before they start processing to allow time for cancelations. Transit time should be added to the production time to best estimate the arrival date for your order.
Shipping information
Our scarf manufacturer, 8415994 Canada Inc., "Art of Where", is responsible for production and shipping of all our scarves. They ship worldwide with Canada Post, USPS, and various courier services. Tracking numbers will be provided for shipments whenever possible. Any additional costs or customs fees occurring from shipments (both domestic or international) are not the responsibility of Art of Where or True Vine Merch, but of the customer. International orders under $100 do not have tracking.
Please contact your local post office if you are unsure of the customs, duties, or expected transit times for your country.
Shipments delayed by the shipping service are beyond our control and personal costs resulting from delayed shipments are not the responsibility of Art of Where or True Vine Merch. Our manufacturer commits to shipping your order in a timely manner, doing their best to respect estimated production times. Occasionally, an order takes longer than predicted due to various reasons including reprints, low inventory, out of stock fabric or technical issues. We will try to contact you if there is a severe delay on your order.
Scarves Shipping Time Estimates
Within Canada, orders usually take 2-13 business days. For example, a package sent with Canada Post Expedited may take 5 days to get to Vancouver, BC, and another package sent by the same service will take 13 days to get to Iqaluit, Nunavut.
Within the USA, orders usually take 2-6 days to arrive once shipped.
International orders outside North America take 10-30 business days, but may be delayed at the border of the destination country as they go through customs.
Please note shipping time is independent from production time.
Clothing & Accessories
Accessories include bandanas and woven eco tote bags (not vegan leather bags).
USA & Canada
You should expect your order to arrive within 10-20 business days.
Usually your items will ship within a week after placing an order. The bigger the order, the longer it can take. We kindly ask your patience as your products are being crafted for you.
Please note shipping time is separate from production time, and varies based on product and quantity of items.

To USA and Canada:
- Orders below 60 USD: $15
- Orders 60-150 USD: $8
- Orders 151 USD and above: Free
To EU & Norway:
- Orders below 60 USD: $20
- Orders 60-150 USD: $10
- Orders 175 USD and above: Free
Pricing for Shipment of Clothing and other Accessories
- Orders below 180 USD: Prices differentiate depending on where you are, what you order and how much you order.
- Orders 180 USD and above: Free
If your order contains both clothing items and scarves/handbags, you must fulfill the $175 /$180 qualification to get Free Shipping for the respective categories.
For example, if you shop scarves for $70 and clothing for $190, you get Free Shipping for the clothes, but still have to pay $8/$10 for shipment of the scarves.
However, if the total amount of your order exceeds $250, you get completely Free Shipping. This is set as an automatic discount for your benefit so you don't have to fill both $175/ $180 categories.

Shipping to EU?
For the time being, True Vine Merch is not ready to expand to shipping clothing internationally. For this reason no clothing or accessories are available for shipping to the EU.
All scarves and handbags (vegan leather) are sent from Canada. As a EU customer you can still order and receive these items. However, there will be added customs/toll fees at the border of your country, according to the tax rate of your country. Estimated shipping time for scarves & handbags are 10-30 business days to the EU. Please note shipping time is separate from production time.
